Lunora Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lunora mobile application (the "App"), operated by Zen Operations LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Lunora, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lunora. Parents or guardians may assign tasks to children through the App, but remain fully responsible for their children’s use of Lunora.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You must create an account to access certain features of the App.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including when sharing access with household members.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Use of the App

  • You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse or interfere with the App or attempt unauthorized access.
  • You may assign tasks to others in your household, but you remain responsible for any content or data you input.
  • You agree not to rely on Lunora for safety-critical tasks (e.g., hazardous DIY) without independent verification.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a subscription or one-time payment. Payments are processed via third parties (e.g., RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play).

All purchases are subject to the terms and policies of the relevant platform. We do not process refunds directly.

We never store your card details. All payments are handled securely by app stores.

5. AI and Content Disclaimer

The Lunora App includes AI-generated suggestions and automation tools. These features are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

You acknowledge that AI output may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. You should verify information before acting on it, and you use the AI features at your own risk.

6. User-Generated Content

You may add your own tasks, notes, or other content in the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the App.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or infringe on others’ rights. We may remove content we believe violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property in the App (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Zen Operations LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or any applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, you may lose access to your User Content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Operations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app.
